By accessing or using STILL STUDIO by AleX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials used to access your account. Credits purchased or earned are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits from one-time purchases never expire. Subscription credits are replenished monthly and unused credits do not roll over unless otherwise stated.

All wallpapers and generated images are provided for personal use. Studio plan subscribers receive a commercial use license allowing use in commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense wallpapers without explicit permission. AI-generated content must not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights.

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service, generate harmful or offensive content, or engage in any activity that could damage or overburden our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

STILL STUDIO by AleX provides services 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
